Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Items/goods are eligible for return under the following requirements:

  • If the client/customer find the goods/items are not as ordered
  • Goods/items are not as per the sample provided
  • Goods/items are defective

But it is also upon the client/customer to confirm quality of the goods/items upon delivery or before they leave the shop.

We will only reprint/reproduce defective goods if they are not as per the sample provided or as per the customers/clients orders. In such scenario, we shall offer to reprint/reproduce the work and deliver to you at no additional cost.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds of goods only exchange of goods that the client requested or as per the provided sample.

Timeline

If the goods/items are eligible for return, we shall offer to reprint the work and deliver to you at no additional cost. It must also be in the original packaging.

if the goods are eligible for return as per the above requirements, then the goods should be return within the same day or one day. The client/customer should call us and inform of the return of the items/goods.
